摘 要:针对试验模拟直齿圆柱齿轮不同失效类型及不同失效程度高成本和难度大的问题。本文应用集中参数法建立直齿圆柱齿轮的弯-扭耦合振动分析模型,运用能量法计算时变啮合刚度,研究了裂纹、点蚀等不同失效形式对齿轮副时变啮合刚度的影响规律,随后通过系统模型修正方法,修正动力学模型中的系统参数,以建立与实际系统较吻合的动力学模型。通过修正后的直齿圆柱齿轮数值算例,揭示了不同失效类型及失效程度的时域、频域特征响应规律。对试验振动信号分析,验证了含故障的直齿圆柱齿轮动力学模型的准确性。结果表明,该模型可以准确识别直齿圆柱齿轮多种齿轮失效类型,为直齿圆柱齿轮系统的故障诊断数据库建立提供了数据支撑。Here,aiming at problems of high cost and large difficulty in simulating different failure types and different failure degrees of spur gears obtained with experiments,the lumped parameter method was used to establish bending-torsion coupled vibration analysis model for spur gears,the energy method was used to calculate time-varying meshing stiffness.With the proposed model,effects of different failure forms of cracks and pitting,etc.on time-varying meshing stiffness of gear pairs were studied.Then,by using the system model modification method,system parameters in dynamic model were modified to establish a dynamic model being more consistent with the actual system.Feature response laws in time-domain and frequency-domain for spur gears’different failure types and different failure degrees were revealed with numerical examples of the modified spur gears.The analysis of experimental vibration signals verified the correctness of the proposed dynamic model of spur gears with faults.The results showed that the proposed model can accurately identify multiple failure types of spur gears to provide data support for establishing a fault diagnosis database of spur gear systems.
