摘　　要：建立了分散固相萃取/气相色谱法快速测定水中8种苯系物。称取0.2 g UiO-66-NH_(2)萃取剂,加入到70 mL水样中,涡旋提取2 min,在8000 r/min下离心5 min,倾出水样,加入1.0 mL二硫化碳(CS2)涡旋提取2.5 min,用微量进样针吸取液体装入色谱小瓶中,进样至气相色谱-火焰离子化检测器(GC-FID)进行测定。8种苯系物在质量浓度为0.5~20.0 mg/L范围内与对应的峰面积呈良好的线性关系,相关系数均为0.9997以上。方法检出限为0.01~0.02mg/L,定量限为0.04~0.08 mg/L。对地表水进行加标分析,加标回收率为82.4%~108%,相对标准偏差为5.3%~8.8%(n=6)。此外,UiO-66-NH_(2)萃取剂重复使用5次后,8种苯系物回收率仍然在80%以上。该方法操作简单、快速、准确,可应用于水中8种苯系物的测定。A method for rapid determination of 8 benzene in water by dispersed solid phase extraction/gas chromatography was established.0.2 g UiO-66-NH_(2) extractant was added to 70 mL of water sample,vortex extraction for 2 min,centrifuged at 8000 r/min for 5 min,poured out of the water sample,and 1.0 mL of carbon disulfide(CS2)was added to vortex extraction for 2.5 min.Liquid sample was extracted with a micro-injection needle and loaded into a chromatographic vial with a micro-injection needle and the sample was injected into a gas chromatography-flame ionization detector(GC-FID)for determination.There was a good linear relationship between the mass concentration of 8 benzene series and the corresponding peak area in the range of 0.5-20.0 mg/L,and the correlation coefficients were all above 0.9997.The limits of detection were 0.01-0.02 mg/L,and the limits of quantitation were 0.04-0.08 mg/L.Surface water sample was analyzed by standard addition method.The recovery rates of surface water were 82.4%-108%,and the relative standard deviations were 5.3%-8.8%(n=6).In addition,after the UiO-66-NH_(2) extractant was reused for 5 times,the recovery rate of 8 benzene series is still above 80%.The method is simple,rapid,accurate,and can be applied to the determination of 8 kinds of benzenes in water.
