摘  要:建立离子色谱法测定钢瓶洗液废水中氨基磺酸根、柠檬酸根、硝酸根、氟离子。采用Dionex IonPac AG19(50 mm×4 mm,5μm)作为保护柱,Dionex IonPac AS19(250 mm×4 mm,5μm)作为分析柱,柱温为30℃。淋洗液为100 mmol/L氢氧化钠溶液-去离子水,流量为1.0 mL/min。选择抑制电导法进行检测,检测器温度为35℃。各离子之间分离良好,且在相应浓度范围内与色谱峰面积具有良好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.999。4种离子的回收率均为99.19%~101.39%,测定结果的相对标准偏差分别为2.25%、3.66%、3.61%、1.92%(n=9)。该方法稳定性好,准确度高,可简单、高效的对废液中的离子浓度进行测定,可用于洗液废水中的离子的控制,对水资源的保护具有重要意义。An ion chromatography method was established to determine the ions in the waste water of the cylinder washing liquid,including sulfamate,citrate,nitrate and fluoride ions.Dionex IonPac AG19(50 mm×4 mm,5μm)was used as the protective column,and Dionex IonPac AS19(250 mm×4 mm,5μm)was used as analytical column,and the column temperature was 30℃.The eluent was 100 mmol/L sodium hydroxide solution-deionized water,and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.The suppression conductance method was selected for detection,and the detector temperature was 35℃.The ions were well separated and had a good linear relationship with the chromatographic peak area in the corresponding concentration range,and the correlation coefficients were greater than 0.999.The recoveries of the four ions ranged from 99.19%to 101.39%,and the relative standard deviations of determination results were 2.25%,3.66%,3.61%,1.92%(n=9),respectively.The method has good stability and high accuracy,and can be used for simple and efficient determination of ion concentration in the waste liquid,which is of great significance for the protection of water resources.
