摘  要:通过对热电离质谱仪离子光路的理论计算和仿真模拟,经过详细的机械设计和部件加工装配,采用仪器离子源与手套箱一体化密封设计技术,研制了用于同位素丰度精密分析的热电离质谱仪。根据热电离同位素质谱计校准规范,用CRM500铀标准样品对仪器性能评价,仪器分辨率为518,内精密度为0.00498%,可测质量范围为6~270Da,手套箱密封等级优于3级。经过两年以上时间的连续运行,仪器表现了良好的稳定性和测定结果准确性,可实现放射性同位样品的直接分析。Through theoretical calculation and simulation of the ion optical path of thermal mass spectrometer,detailed mechanical design and component processing and assembly,the Thermal Ionization Mass Spectrometer(TIMS)for the accurate analysis of isotope abundance was developed,the integrated design of the ion source and the sealed glove box of the instrument was carried out.According to the calibration specification of thermal ionization mass spectrometer,the performance of the instrument was evaluated with CRM500 uranium standard sample,the results showed that the resolution of the instrument was 518,the internal precision was 0.00498%,the measurable mass range was 6-270 Da,and the sealing level of the glove box is better than level 3.After more than two years of continuous operation,the instrument has demonstrated good stability and accuracy of measurement results,radioisotope samples can be realized directly.
