摘  要:喷雾内壳塑件底部内螺纹结构,需要采用专业的螺纹脱扣设计。该模具使用电机马达带动齿轮转动进行脱扣,内部尺寸小,模具结构设计需要更加精致,才能实现脱扣功能。由于塑件功能结构的限制,两侧胶位都需要设计成滑块,存在粘滑块的风险,严重影响模具脱模以及塑件拉伤的风险,具有一定的模具设计难度。塑件两侧有长而深的柱位,粘模力大,脱模困难,同时存在偏心问题,加大了模具设计与加工的难度。喷雾内壳螺纹脱模机构与防止模具粘滑块的模具结构设计新颖、独特,对于模具同行有一定的借签意义。The internal thread structure at the bottom of the spray inner shell product needs to adopt a professional thread trip design.This set of molds uses a motor to drive the gear to rotate for tripping,the internal size is small,and the mold structure design needs to be more refined in order to realize the tripping function.Due to the limitation of the functional structure of the product,the glue position on both sides needs to be designed as a slider,which has the risk of sticking to the slider,which seriously affects the risk of mold demoulding and product strain,and has a certain difficulty in designing mold details.There are long and deep columns on both sides of the product,which has a large sticking force,difficult to demould,and an eccentricity problem,which increases the difficulty of mold design and processing.The design of the spray inner shell thread demoulding mechanism and the mold structure to prevent the mold from sticking to the slider is novel and unique,which has a certain significance for the mold industry.
