摘 要:随着实验教学装置在高校物理实验中的广泛应用,其密封性能的优化和改进对实验结果的准确性和安全性至关重要。以基于模具制造技术的高校物理实验教学装置密封性能改进为研究重点,通过分析密封制造的关键技术,包括密封面处理技术、密封接口加工技术、密封材料表面处理技术和密封连接技术等,探讨了密封制造流程中的关键环节。在此基础上,提出了优化模具制造工艺、选用高性能密封材料、引入先进的密封技术和密封性能的测试与改进等策略。With the wide application of experimental teaching devices in physics experiments in colleges and universities,the optimization and improvement of its sealing performance is crucial to the accuracy and safety of experimental results.The paper focuses on the sealing performance improvement of college physics experimental teaching device based on mold manufacturing technology,and explores the key links in the seal manufacturing process by analyzing the key technologies of seal manufacturing,including sealing surface processing technology,sealing interface processing technology,sealing material surface processing technology and sealing connection technology.On this basis,improvement strategies such as optimizing the mold manufacturing process,selecting high-performance sealing materials,introducing advanced sealing technology and testing and improving sealing performance are proposed.
