紧固件表面电镀铬工艺及性能分析

摘  要:从三氧化铬浓度、电镀液温度以及阴极的电流密度这3个方面入手,依托形貌观察、显微硬度分析、耐磨损性能测试、耐腐蚀性能测试,试验分析不同条件下紧固件表面电镀铬层的性能,并以此确定出最优的紧固件表面电镀铬工艺。所得到的结果表明,选定的3项变量均会对紧固件表面电镀铬层的质量产生影响;在三氧化铬浓度为250g/l、电镀液温度为58℃、阴极的电流密度为30A/dm^(2)时,可以得到性能更好的紧固件表面电镀铬层结构。This article starts from three aspects:the concentration of chromium trioxide,the temperature of the electroplating solution,and the current density of the cathode.Based on morphology observation,microhardness analysis,wear resistance testing,and corrosion resistance testing,the performance of the chromium plating layer on the surface of fasteners under different conditions is experimentally analyzed,and the optimal chromium plating process on the surface of fasteners is determined based on this.The results obtained indicate that all three selected variables will have an impact on the quality of the chrome plating layer on the surface of fasteners;When the concentration of chromium trioxide is 250g/l,the plating solution temperature is 58℃,and the current density of the cathode is 30A/dm^(2),a better performance surface electroplating chromium layer structure can be obtained for fasteners.
