摘　　要：探讨肥皂盒注射模的设计原理与实践应用。随着塑料工业的快速发展,注射成型技术已成为制造肥皂盒等塑料制品的主要手段。介绍了注射模设计的基本原理,包括模具结构、分型面选择、浇注系统设计、冷却系统设计等关键要素。本次肥皂盒注射模设计方法和具体步骤对相关领域的产品设计提供了一定参考。This study aims to explore the design principle and practical application of soap box injection mold.With the rapid development of the plastics industry,injection molding technology has become the main means of manufacturing plastic products such as soap boxes.This paper first introduces the basic principle of injection mold design,including mold structure,parting surface selection,gating system design,cooling system design and other key elements.The design method and specific steps of the soap box injection mold provide a certain reference for product design in related fields.
