摘　　要：旨在优化设计和制造120级安全吊钩索具模具的工艺。通过选择合适的模具钢材料,并优化模具结构设计,以确保模具的高效性和可靠性。采用先进的数控加工和表面处理技术,如渗氮和真空淬火,提升模具的耐用性和性能。经过精准的装配和调试,保证了模具尺寸的精准度。This study aims to optimize the design and manufacturing process of the 120-level safety hook rigging mold.By selecting suitable mold steel materials and optimizing the mold structure design,the efficiency and reliability of the mold are ensured.Advanced CNC machining and surface treatment technologies,such as nitriding and vacuum quenching,are employed to enhance the durability and performance of the mold.Precise assembly and debugging ensure the accuracy of the mold dimensions.
