摘　　要：燃气涡轮起动机是一种带自由涡轮的小型涡轴,主要用于主发的地面起动、冷运转、假起动、启封、油封等。自由涡轮的功率通过减速器传递到输出轴上,再通过弹性传动轴传递到外置附件机匣传动机构,以带动主发高压转子旋转。燃气涡轮起动机起动不供燃油故障,对燃气涡轮起动机造成切停故障,导致主发无法启动,丧失起动机的功能。了解某型燃气涡轮起动机燃油与控制系统,熟练掌握燃气涡轮器起动不供燃油故障排查方式,可快速将故障范围确定。Gas turbine starter is a small turbine shaft with a free turbine,mainly used for ground starting,cold running,false starting,unsealing,oil sealing,etc.of the main engine.The power of the free turbine is transmitted to the output shaft through a reducer,and then to the external accessory gearbox transmission mechanism through an elastic transmission shaft to drive the main high-pressure rotor to rotate.The failure of the gas turbine starter to start without fuel supply causes a shutdown failure of the gas turbine starter,resulting in the inability of the main engine to start and the loss of starter function.Understand the fuel and control system of a certain type of gas turbine starter,proficiently master the troubleshooting method for gas turbine starting without fuel supply,and can quickly determine the range of faults.
