摘  要:高聚物在固态电池中被广泛应用,不同于传统金属材料,其在高温高湿环境下的材料力学、蠕变行为尤为特殊.本文对高聚物材料在高温高湿环境下进行蠕变实验,并对其蠕变特性进行分析讨论,开发蠕变本构,基于修正的Burgers模型完成了蠕变本构模型二次开发,并在ABAQUS有限元软件中实现了高温高湿环境下高聚物材料的蠕变模拟.结果表明:数值仿真计算结果与实验结果吻合,验证了基于修正Burgers模型的蠕变本构模型的准确性及其在高温高湿环境下对高聚物材料蠕变行为描述的准确性.Polymers are extensively applied in solid-state batteries.Different from traditional metallic materials,the material mechanics and creep behavior of polymer material are particularly special under high-temperature and high-humidity environments.In this thesis,creep experiments are conducted on a polymer material under high-temperature and high-humidity environments,and its creep characteristics are analyzed based on the modi-fied Burgers model.The creep calculation of polymer materials under high-temperature and high-humidity envi-ronments is implemented in ABAQUS finite element software.The results show that the numerical simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results,verifying the accuracy of the creep constructive model based on the modified Burgers model in describing the creep behavior of polymer materials under hightemperature and high-humidity environments.
