摘　　要：解放战争时期,基层民站干部在支前工作的具体执行过程中呈现多样的心态与行为方式,解放区采取多种措施对该问题加以应对。山东解放区民站是以保障支前民工食宿为主要工作的临时支前机构,受工作中物质条件、安全环境、地缘等因素制约,干部存在临时观念,表现出回避、困惑及应付的心态与实践。地方政府及支前委员会从思想教育、路线引导和实际支持等方面促进解决相关困难,调整干部心态,以加强民站工作。基层民站干部在不同利益诉求下形成差异心态,各方在解决该问题过程中的动态互动体现了支前活动及中共革命的复杂性。During the China’s Liberation War,the Grassroots cadres of the migrant station show a variety of attitudes and behaviors in the work process,the superiors took various measures to deal with it.The main task is to ensure the accommodation of migrant workers of migrant station in Shandong Liberated Areas,it is a temporary institution.Due to factors such as material conditions,safety environment,and geography in the work,the Grassroots cadres develop temporary concepts and exhibit a mentality and practice of avoidance,confusion,and slackness.Local governments and the committees of supporting front line promote the resolution of related difficulties through ideological education,route guidance,and practical support,adjust the mentality of cadres,and strengthen the work of migrant stations.Grassroots migrant station cadres form different mentality under different interests and demands,and the dynamic interaction among all parties in solving this problem reflects the complexity of front line support activities and the Communist Party revolution.
