摘  要:三七总皂苷(PNSs)作为三七的有效提取成分,用于预防血栓历史悠久。PNSs下调炎性因子表达,促进血管内皮细胞生长,上调抗凝物质和舒张血管分子表达,调节内皮细胞功能;PNSs多靶点抑制血小板黏附、释放和聚集;PNSs通过调节组织型纤溶酶原激活物和抑制物动态平衡,维持纤维蛋白溶解系统活性;PNSs降低血液黏度,改善红细胞指标,多途径抑制血栓形成。Panax notoginseng saponins(PNSs)as the extracted bioactive components of Panax notoginseng,have a long history of application in prevention of thrombosis.PNSs down⁃regulate the expression of inflammatory factors,promoting endothelial cell growth,up⁃regulating the expression of anticoagulants and vasodilators,and regulating endothelial cell function;With multiple targets at which PNSs inhibit platelet adhesion,release,and aggregation;PNSs maintain the activity of the fibrinolytic system by regulating the dynamic balance of tissue type plasminogen activators and inhibitors;PNSs reduce blood viscosity,improve red blood cell indicators,and inhibit thrombosis through multiple pathways.
