普洱景迈山遗产地旅游业态布局优化研究

摘　　要：普洱景迈山地处云南省普洱市,有着深厚的少数民族文化和茶文化,但在其旅游发展过程中,已有传统旅游业态的数量、功能及品质远远不能满足旅游者需求,其次,以遗产地的特色游览、休闲娱乐、康养、研学等旅游业新要素衍生出的新业态还处于未开发阶段,对于游客在旅行中的“参与-收获”的体验感质量也未能达到游客预期。在文献研究、实地调研的基础上,从景观学视角出发,通过将普洱景迈山遗产地作为“基质”,村寨、古茶林等看作遗产地“斑块”,道路交通看作连接“廊道”,对其已有传统旅游业态和未来新兴旅游业态的发展分析发现,各村寨内传统旅游业态呈现出的已有传统旅游业态规模小、接待能力弱和环境差,新兴旅游业态还未成型,廊道路面和连接度不够完善导致各村寨可进入性较差,遗产地核心区域孔隙度强,虽在一定程度上能增进村寨间文化交流,但未来旅游业态发展过程中可能存在旅游产品同质化是目前景迈山业态布局中较为突出的问题,在此之上提出遗产地旅游业态的布局优化策略。Located in Pu’er City,Yunnan Province,Jingmai Mountain has a profound ethnic and tea culture,but in the process of its tourism development,the quantity and function of the existing tradition⁃al tourism forms are far from meeting the needs of tourists.In addition,the new forms of tourism derived from the new elements of tourism such as characteristic Tours,leisure and entertainment,health care and research of heritage sites are still in the undeveloped stage,and the quality of tourists’experience of“participation-Gain”during travel fails to meet their expectations.On the basis of literature and field research,from the perspective of landscape science,by taking the Jingmai Mountain heritage site of Pu’er as the“Base”,the villages and ancient tea forests as the“Spot”,and the road traffic as the con⁃necting“Corridor”,this paper analyzes the development of the existing traditional and the future emerg⁃ing tourism forms.The study found that the traditional tourism forms in each village present small scale,weak reception capacity and poor environment,the emerging tourism forms have not yet taken shape,the corridor road and connectivity are not perfect,resulting in poor accessibility of each village,and the core area of heritage sites has strong porosity.Although it can improve the cultural exchanges between villages to a certain extent,the homogeneity of tourism products may exist in the development process of tourism forms in the future,which is a prominent problem in the layout of Jingmai Mountain.On this ba⁃sis,optimization strategies for the layout of tourism forms in heritage sites are proposed.
