重大疫情医疗挤兑危机中群体抢购行为影响因素分析

摘　　要：[目的]探讨群体抢购行为的影响因素,分析群体抢购行为影响因素之间的作用效应。[方法]对2019年末至2020年初居住在武汉的18岁以上人群进行回顾性调查,采用克隆巴赫系数、区别效度和收敛效度对数据进行信效度检验,运用结构方程模型进行数据分析。[结果]构建医疗挤兑危机中群体抢购行为结构方程模型,各个潜变量的克隆巴赫系数均在0.7以上,AVE值均达到0.5以上,CR值均达到了0.7以上,模型拟合度较好。卫生应急知识储备、恐慌情绪、政府应急处置与抢购行为之间的路径系数分别为0.248、0.244、0.297。[结论]运用结构方程模型评估了4种不同的关系路径对群体抢购行为的影响,最佳解释路径为:事件危害程度→信息刺激→政府应急处置→抢购行为。Objective To explore influencing factors of group panic buying behavior and analyze the role effect among the influencing factors of group panic buying behavior.Methods A retrospective survey was conducted among people over 18 years old living in Wuhan from late 2019 to early 2020.Cronbach’s alpha,discriminant validity and convergent validity were used to test the reliability and validity of the data,and structural equation model was used to analyze the data.Results The structural equation model of group panic buying behavior in a medical run crisis was constructed.The Cronbach’s alpha of each latent variable was above 0.7;the AVE value reached above 0.5,and the CR value reached above 0.7,which made the model fit better.The path coefficients between health emergency knowledge reserve,the panic,and government emergency response and panic buying were 0.248,0.244 and 0.297,respectively.Conclusions Structural equation model was used to assess the effects of four different relation paths on group panic buying,and the best explanatory paths were:the degree of harm of the event→information stimulation→government emergency response→panic buying behavior.
