摘  要:针对H08A钢冶炼可浇性及铸坯易产生皮下气泡等共性问题,通过对LD-LF-CC流程冶炼H08A化学成分控制、脱氧度、铸坯皮下气泡和钢水可浇性等分析,研究了该流程转炉冶炼、LF炉精炼及连铸工艺的关键技术控制。研究表明LD-LF-CC流程冶炼H08A相较于LD-CC流程具有以下特点:钢水化学成分稳定、易实现窄成分控制;在较高的氧活度控制下,铸坯的氧质量分数相对较低,有利于连铸提高拉速;LD-LF-CC流程下冶炼H08A盘条非金属夹杂物评级及金相组织均优于LD-CC流程。为H08A冶炼的稳定性、质量提升及进一步开发低P、S的纯净钢等高附加值产品奠定了良好基础。In response to common problems of poor castability and easy generation of subcutaneous bubbles in billet in H08A steel smelting,the key technical control of converter smelting,LF refining,and continuous casting process under LD-LF-CC process was studied by analyzing chemical composition control,deoxygenation degree,subcutaneous bubbles in billet,and castability of molten steel in LD-LF-CC process for smelting H08A.Research has shown that LD-LF-CC process for smelting H08A has more stable chemical composition in molten steel compared to LD-CC process,making it easier to achieve narrow component control.Under higher oxygen activity control,oxygen mass fraction of billet is relatively low,which is beneficial for improving casting speed in continuous casting.Non-metallic inclusion rating and microstructure of H08A wire rod smelting under LD-LF-CC process are superior to those under LD-CC process,laying good foundation for stability,quality improvement,and further development of high value-added products such as low P and S pure steel in H08A smelting.
