摘　　要：芦少敏主任医师认为少阳枢机不利则导致人体气机失调,进而影响体内正常代谢,出现各种临床病证,故绝大多数疑难杂症应从少阳经入手。柴胡剂疏通少阳气机,调和上下,畅通三焦,进而恢复人体祛邪功能,使体内邪气通过不同渠道排出体外。因此,芦师在临床中善用柴胡剂治疗临床杂病,并取得显著疗效。此文通过对临床典型医案分析,以学习和探讨芦师运用柴胡剂的临床经验。Chief Physician Lu Shaomin believes that the adverse Shaoyang pivot leads to dysfunction of the body's qi,which in turn affects the body's normal metabolism,and a variety of clinical evidence,so most of the difficult and miscellaneous diseases should be started from the Shaoyang meridian.Bupleurum agent dredges Shaoyang qi movement,reconciling upper and lower levels,unblocking Sanjiao,and then restoring the function of removing evil spirits in the body through different channels out of the body.Therefore,Chief Physician Lu made good use of Bupleurum agent in clinical treatment of miscellaneous clinical diseases and achieved remarkable curative effects.Through the analysis of clinical typical medical cases,this paper aims to study and discuss the clinical experience of using bupleurum recipe.
