玉女煎联合针刺治疗气阴亏虚型消渴35例

摘　　要：目的 观察玉女煎加减与针刺联合运用治疗气阴亏虚型消渴的临床疗效。方法 选取35例糖尿病患者为治疗组,采用玉女煎加减配合针刺治疗,并设立对照组35例服用二甲双胍片治疗,治疗组与对照组均治疗12周,观察2组的疗效并进行对比。结果 治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组对于降低空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖的有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 玉女煎加减联合针刺对治疗气阴亏虚型消渴有良好治疗效果。To observe the clinical efficacy of Yu'nyu decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of consumptive thirst of deficiency of both qi and yin type.Methods Thirty-five patients with diabetes mellitus were selected and treated with Yu'nyu decoction combined with acupuncture as combined group,and 35 patients in the control group were treated with metformin tablets.Both combined group and the control group were treated for 12 weeks.The efficacy of the two groups was observed and compared.Results The total effective rate of the combined group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Respectively,for reducing fasting blood glucose and 2 hours after meals,and the combined group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yu'nyudecoction combined with acupuncture shows a good therapeutic effect in treating diabetes mellitus of deficiency of both qi and yin type.
