活血养阴明目方对非增生性糖尿病视网膜病变的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨活血养阴明目方对于非增生性糖尿病视网膜病变(NPDR)患者中医证候评分以及视力水平的影响。方法 将NPDR患者80例采用随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,各40例。对照组采取羟苯磺酸钙胶囊治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上加用活血养阴明目方,观察2组临床疗效并比较治疗前后视力水平、中医证候评分、黄斑中心视网膜凹厚度变化。结果 试验组的总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组治疗后1、2个月的最佳矫正视力优于对照组,黄斑中心视网膜凹厚度低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组治疗后中医证候评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 给予NPDR患者活血养阴明目方治疗能提高治疗有效率、改善视力水平、减少中医证候评分、降低黄斑中心视网膜凹厚度。Objective To explore the effects of promoting blood and nourishing yin for improving eyesight prescription on scores of TCM symptoms and visual acuity level in patients with non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy(NPDR).Methods According to random number table method,80 patients with NPDR were divided into experimental group of 40 cases and control group of 40 cases.The control group was treated with calcium dobesilate capsules,while experimental group was additionally treated with promoting blood and nourishing yin for improving eyesight prescription.The clinical curative effect in the two groups was observed.The changes in visual acuity level,scores of TCM symptoms and central macular thickness before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The best corrected visual acuity of the experimental group was better than that of the control group 1 and 2 months after treatment,and the thickness of macular central retinal fovea was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome score of the experimental group after treatment was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Promoting blood and nourishing yin for improving eyesight prescription can increase response rate of treatment,improve visual acuity level,reduce scores of TCM syndromes and central macular thickness in NPDR patients.
