调神针刺配合精灸治疗中风后尿潴留临床研究

摘　　要：目的 通过临床随机对照研究,评价调神针刺配合精灸疗法治疗中风后尿潴留的临床疗效。方法 将符合纳入标准的120例中风后尿潴留患者随机分为调神针刺配合精灸组、传统针刺组和常规治疗组,观察各组经治疗后残余尿量、膀胱功能与尿流动力学状态、卒中后生存质量的疗效差异。结果 治疗后,调神针刺配合精灸组和传统针刺组各观察指标均优于常规治疗组(P<0.05);治疗后,调神针刺配合精灸组其总有效率、残余尿量、膀胱功能与尿流动力学、卒中后生存质量等改善优于传统针刺组及常规治疗组(P<0.05)。结论 调神针刺配合精灸治疗中风后尿潴留的临床疗效肯定,可明显减轻中风后尿潴留患者的临床症状,提高膀胱功能,进一步改善患者卒中后生活质量。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Tiaoshen acupuncture combined with refined moxibustion in the treatment of urinary retention after stroke through clinical randomized controlled study.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with urinary retention after stroke who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into Tioshen acupuncture combined with refined moxibustion group,traditional acupuncture group and conventional treatment group.The therapeutic effects of residual urine volume,bladder function and urinary flow dynamics,and quality of life after stroke were observed.Results After treatment,all the observation indexes of Tiaoshen acupuncture combined with refined moxibustion group and traditional acupuncture group were better than those of conventional treatment group(P<0.05),and the improvement of total effective rate,residual urine volume,bladder function and urine flow dynamics,quality of life after stroke in Tiaoshen acupuncture combined with refined moxibustion group was better than that of traditional acupuncture group and conventional treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Tiaoshen acupuncture combined with refined moxibustion in the treatment of urinary retention after stroke is positive,which can obviously improve the clinical symptoms,increase the capacity of bladder,and further improve the quality of life of patients after stroke.
