摘　　要：力钧,清代著名的御医,是一位深谙中医医理,又能精研西医解剖生理学的中西医兼通名家。其治病根据患者体质不同,灵活采用脏腑、气血津液辨证,以调理肝脾、顾护气血及调养饮食为治疗特点,方药极简,喜用四逆散、四君子汤、四物汤等为基础方加减,药味四至六味者居多,此文总结力钧的辨证及用药处方特点,以阐述其脉案、医案精髓。Li Jun,a prestigious imperial physician in the Qing Dynasty,was a master of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,and could study the anatomy and physiology of Western medicine.According to the different constitutions of patients,Li Jun flexibly adopts the syndrome differentiation of zangfu organs and qi,blood and body fluid,and its treatment features are regulating the liver and spleen,maintaining qi and blood and nourishing diet.The prescriptions are minimal.He likes use and Sini powder,Sijunzi decoction,Siwu decoction and so on as the basis.Most prescriptions use four to six herbs.This paper summarized the characteristics of Li Jun's syndrome differentiation and drug prescription,and expounded the essence of Li Jun's pulse case and medical cases.
