退行性膝骨关节炎的康复治疗现状与思考

摘　　要：目的 将康复治疗在退行性膝骨关节炎中的运用现状及存在的问题进行综述。方法 通过文献检索,检索出相关文献后进行文献分析与总结。此文以PubMed、万方数据和中国知网数据库为文献来源,从退行性膝骨关节炎的康复治疗现状入手,总结探讨相关的治疗方案,为存在的发展空间抛砖引玉。结果 最终筛选65篇文章进行综述。结论 退行性膝骨关节炎的康复治疗内容丰富,均具有各自优势,在运用过程中联合治疗可以发挥更大的疗效潜能,除此之外,指定规范的康复治疗方案、挖掘康复治疗手段发挥疗效的作用机制有待进一步深入探究。Objective e To summarize the current status and existing problems of rehabilitation treatment in degenerative knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods Through the literature search,the relevant literature analysis and summary.This paper started with the current situation of KOA rehabilitation treatment,and summarized and discussed the relevant treatment plans,so as to help improve the existing development space.Results Finally,65 articles were selected for review.Conclusion The rehabilitation treatment of KOA is rich in content,and has its own advantages.In the application process,the combined application can play a greater efficacy potential.In addition,the designated standard rehabilitation treatment plan and the mining mechanism of rehabilitation treatment means to play the efficacy need to be further explored.
