摘 要:处理染料废水的电芬顿(Electro-Fenton,E-Fenton)技术已经展现出显著的优势。然而,在实际应用中,电极材料的耐用性和腐蚀问题一直是限制其进一步发展的关键因素。为了解决这些问题,并进一步提高降解效率,研究决定采用高熵合金作为阳极,并结合E-Fenton试剂进行实验。目标是以甲基橙为模拟污染物,对染料废水进行降解处理。实验结果显示,在反应进行5 h后,Al_(0.3)CoCrFe_(2)Ni高熵合金的最大腐蚀速率仅为5.94 g/cm^(2)·h。与Al_(0.3)CoCrFe_(1.7)Ni、Al_(0.3)CoCrFe_(1.3)Ni、Al_(0.3)CoCrFe_(0.9)Ni和铁片的腐蚀速率相比,分别降低了44.17%、63.44%、78.06%和84.59%。Al_(0.3)CoCrFe_(2)Ni和Al_(0.3)CoCrFe_(1.7)Ni合金均出现了Fe_(2)O_(3)和Fe_(3)O_(4)的衍射峰。这一研究结果表明,高熵合金与E-Fenton试剂联合处理染料废水的方法,有效地提高了电极材料的耐腐蚀性。这不仅为染料废水的处理提供了新的解决方案,同时也进一步证实了高熵合金在环保领域的应用潜力。The electro Fenton(E-Fenton)technology for treating dye wastewater has shown significant advantages.However,in practical applications,the durability and corrosion issues of electrode materials have always been key factors limiting their further development.In order to address these issues and further improve degradation efficiency,the study decided to use high entropy alloys as anodes and conduct experiments in combination with E-Fenton reagents.The goal is to use methyl orange as a simulated pollutant to degrade dye wastewater.The experimental results show that after 5 hours of reaction,the maximum corrosion rate of Al_(0.3)CoCrFe_(2)Ni high entropy alloy is only 5.94 g/cm^(2)·h.Compared with the corrosion rates of Al_(0.3)CoCrFe_(1.7)Ni,Al_(0.3)CoCrFe_(1.3)Ni,Al_(0.3)CoCrFe_(0.9)Ni,and iron sheets,the corrosion rates were reduced by 44.17%,63.44%,78.06%,and 84.59%,respectively.Both Al_(0.3)CoCrFe_(2)Ni and Al_(0.3)CoCrFe_(1.7)Ni alloys exhibit diffraction peaks of Fe_(2)O_(3)and Fe_(3)O_(4).This research result indicates that the combination of high entropy alloy and E-Fenton reagent in the treatment of dye wastewater effectively improves the corrosion resistance of electrode materials.This not only provides a new solution for the treatment of dye wastewater,but also further confirms the potential application of high entropy alloys in the field of environmental protection.
