摘 要:以含锌磷化渣为原料,采用磷化渣→碱浸→萃取→复分解反应→磷酸铁的工艺,制备了电池级磷酸铁。通过实验,确定出最优参数:碱浸加入氢氧化钠的量(即碱渣质量比)为0.65时,磷酸根浸取率可达94.8%。采用双硫脘/P204双萃取剂,且相比为1∶5时,锌的萃取率可达60.44%。复分解反应pH值为2时,产物中铁磷物质的量比为最大值。w(Zn)=0.00048%时,磷酸根回收利用率达到79.44%。Battery grade iron phosphate was prepared from zinc containing phosphating slag using the process of phosphating slag→alkaline leaching→extraction→double decomposition reaction→iron phosphate.Through experiments,the optimal parameters were determined:when the amount of sodium hydroxide added to alkaline leaching(i.e.alkali residue ratio)was 0.65,the phosphate leaching rate could reach 94.8%.When using dual sulfur/P204 extractant and a ratio of 1:5,the extraction rate of zinc can reach 60.44%.When the pH value of the double decomposition reaction is 2,the amount ratio of iron and phosphorus substances in the product is the maximum value.When the w(Zn)=0.00048%,the recovery and utilization rate of phosphate ions reaches 79.44%.
