摘 要:此次研究以改进气相色谱法为基础,旨在准确测定空气环境中的乙酸类有害物质。首先,研究通过对乙酸类有害物质的性质和特点进行综合分析,其次,通过与传统方法进行对比实验,最后,研究对不同样品的测定和分析。在精密度实验中,低质量浓度(42μg/mL)下的RSD为5.2%,中高质量浓度(420μg/mL和840μg/mL)下的RSD均为7.2%。在准确度实验中,加入量为210μg时,平均值为202.5μg,回收率为91.2%;加入量为420μg时,平均值为392.5μg,回收率为91.0%。在解吸效率实验中,42μg/mL质量浓度下解吸效率为94.7%~96.0%,平均解吸效率为96.0%;76、105μg/mL质量浓度下部分解吸效率超过100%。此次研究方法对于空气中乙酸类有害物质的测定具有较高的准确性和可靠性。This study is based on improving gas chromatography and aims to accurately determine harmful substances such as acetic acid in the air environment.Firstly,the study comprehensively analyzes the properties and characteristics of harmful substances such as acetic acid.Secondly,comparative experiments with traditional methods are conducted.Finally,the determination and analysis of different samples are studied.In the precision experiment,the RSD at low mass concentration(42μg/mL)was 5.2%,while the RSD at medium and high mass concentrations(420μg/mL and 840μg/mL)were both 7.2%.In the accuracy experiment,when the addition amount was 210,the average value was 202.5 and the recovery rate was 91.2%.When the addition amount is 420,the average value is 392.5,and the recovery rate is 91.0%.In the desorption efficiency experiment,the desorption efficiency was 94.7%~96.0%at a mass concentration of 42μg/mL,with an average desorption efficiency of 96.0%.The decomposition and absorption efficiency of the lower part at a mass concentration of 76 and 105μg/mL exceeds 100%.This research method has high accuracy and reliability in the determination of harmful substances such as acetic acid in the air.
