摘 要:基于多环芳烃的污染危害性,需要加强柴油中多环芳烃的测定工作,严格控制多环芳烃的含量。本文采用全二维气相色谱-氢火焰离子化检测器(GC×GC-FID)技术(以下简称:气相离子检测),实现对柴油中多环芳烃的定性、定量分析。在简述该方法的测定理论后,首先借助全二维气相色谱-飞行时间质谱法(GC×GC-TOF MS)对多环芳烃的三环+芳烃、二环芳烃、一环芳烃及非芳烃进行四族组成确定,同时明确37种定性化合物。其次应用峰面积归一化法进行多环芳烃的定量定性分析。最后,对结果进行讨论,能有效定性定量分析柴油中多环芳烃。Based on the pollution hazards of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons,it is necessary to strengthen the determination of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in diesel and strictly control their content.This article uses full two-dimensional gas chromatography hydrogen flame ionization detector(GC×GC-FID)technology(hereinafter referred to as gas phase ion detection)to achieve qualitative and quantitative analysis of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in diesel.After briefly describing the measurement theory of this method,the four group composition of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons,including tricyclic+aromatic hydrocarbons,bicyclic aromatic hydrocarbons,monocyclic aromatic hydrocarbons,and non aromatic hydrocarbons,was determined using full two-dimensional gas chromatography-time-of-flight mass spectrometry(GC×GC-TOF MS),and 37 qualitative compounds were identified.Secondly,the peak area normalization method is applied for quantitative and qualitative analysis of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons.Finally,discussing the results can effectively qualitatively and quantitatively analyze polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in diesel.
