摘 要:循环水系统是化工企业最为重要的公用工程系统,冷却塔顶部设置风机,加速降温,保证循环水上水温度,其采用电机驱动,电机能耗较大,风机电机和减速机维护费用也较高。基于此,从循环水系统电驱风机能耗大、回水压力未利用方向开展研究分析,引入水轮机,通过数据计算制定改造方案,利用循环水14.4 m余压驱动水轮机来带动风机运转,减少电耗,实现循环水系统节能降耗。The circulating water system is the most important public engineering system in chemical enterprises.A fan is installed at the top of the cooling tower to accelerate cooling and ensure the temperature of the circulating water.It is driven by an electric motor,which consumes a lot of energy and incurs high maintenance costs for the fan motor and reducer.Based on this,research and analysis are carried out from the direction of high energy consumption and unused return water pressure of electric driven fans in the circulating water system.Water turbines are introduced,and a renovation plan is formulated through data calculation.The remaining pressure of 14.4 meters of circulating water is used to drive the water turbine to drive the operation of the fan,reduce electricity consumption,and achieve energy conservation and consumption reduction in the circulating water system.
