厚煤层长壁综放工艺放煤间距的设置研究

摘  要:长壁综采工艺可进行厚煤层一次全采,具有较高的开采效率及安全性,适用于对我国西部地区的厚煤层进行开采。在长壁综采过程中,放煤间距的选择对采出的效果具有重要的影响作用。针对长壁综采过程中放煤间距的选择设置进行研究分析,结果表明,放煤间距的增加,顶煤的放出率呈先增加后减小的变化,含矸率则呈先减小后缓慢增加的变化,同时放煤间距的设置与顶煤高度具有密切的关系,可以依据煤层顶煤的变化进行合理放煤间距的设置,实现较好的采出效果。The longwall fully mechanized mining technology can achieve full mining of thick coal seams in one go,with high mining efficiency and safety,and is suitable for mining thick coal seams in western China.The selection of coal caving spacing plays an important role in the effectiveness of longwall fully mechanized mining.A study and analysis were conducted on the selection and setting of coal caving spacing in the longwall fully mechanized mining process.The results showed that with the increase of coal caving spacing,the top coal caving rate first increased and then decreased,while the gangue content rate first decreased and then slowly increased.At the same time,the setting of coal caving spacing is closely related to the height of the top coal.Reasonable coal caving spacing can be set according to the changes in the top coal of the coal seam to achieve better mining results.
