摘 要:以某燃煤电厂为例,对燃煤电厂脱硫废水烟道蒸发“零排放”工艺进行研究,利用中和箱、沉淀箱和絮凝箱对燃煤电厂脱硫废水进行初步处理,再通过烟道气进一步处理,可以得到更加清洁的燃煤废水。通过分析废水烟道蒸发工艺的应用效果可以发现,与传统多效蒸发工艺和MVC蒸发工艺相比,烟道蒸发工艺对燃煤电厂脱硫废水的处理效果更好,能耗更低,可大规模推广应用。Taking a coal-fired power plant as an example,this study investigates the"zero emission"process of flue gas evaporation for desulfurization wastewater from coal-fired power plants.The desulfurization wastewater from coal-fired power plants is preliminarily treated using neutralization tanks,sedimentation tanks,and flocculation tanks,and further treated with flue gas to obtain a cleaner coal-fired wastewater.By analyzing the application effect of wastewater flue evaporation process,it can be found that compared with traditional multi effect evaporation process and MVC evaporation process,flue evaporation process has better treatment effect on desulfurization wastewater in coal-fired power plants,lower energy consumption,and can be widely promoted and applied.
