摘　　要：颈源性失眠因发病隐匿容易失治、误治,临床多采用保守治疗。针灸推拿治疗该病疗效显著,在临床中被广泛应用。同时针灸推拿也常与中药等疗法联合使用,安全性高,操作简便,疗效显著。查阅中医传统疗法治疗颈源性失眠的相关文献,从针刺、推拿、中药治疗以及针刺联合其他疗法,推拿联合其他疗法及综合疗法以治疗颈源性失眠进行总结论述,以供临床参考。参考文献49篇。Cervicogenic insomnia is a common disease with high incidence in clinic.Since it is of insidious onset and often mistreated,conservative treatment is often applied in clinic.Since acupuncture,moxibustion and Tuina are of high clinical efficacy in the treatment of the cervicogenic insomnia,they are widely used for this disease.Besides,acupuncture,moxibustion and tuina are often used in combination with Chinese medicinals and other therapies,which are safe,easy to operate,and of high efficacy.In this paper the literature on the treatment of cervicogenic insomnia with traditional Chinese medicine was reviewed,to summarize and discusses acupuncture,Tuina,Chinese medicinals treatments,as well as acupuncture or Tuina treatment combined with other treatment,and comprehensive treatment for cervicogenic insomnia so as to provide a clinical reference.There were 49 papers cited.
