摘  要:针对我国目前停车难与机械式停车设备闲置率高的问题,文中调查研究了我国主要经济发达城市车位比和车位闲置率,并以南方某市为重点研究对象,统计分析了该市在用、报废、停用、拆除、注销等状态的停车设备数量。从规划设计、建设成本、维保费用、安全性、使用体验等主要方面分析了机械式停车设备利用率较低的原因,从优化规划布局、提高智能化程度、应用预测性维护、推出共享停车等角度,给出了提高机械式停车设备利用率的策略。从新能源汽车发展趋势分析,阐述了加快推进停车充电设施建设对提高机械式停车设备利用率的重要意义。Considering the prominent problems of parking difficulty and high idle rate of mechanical parking equipment in China,the authors investigated the parking ratio and idle rate in major Chinese cities,and analyzed the number of parking equipment in use,scrapped,disabled,dismantled and cancelled in a southern city as the key research object.The reasons for the low utilization rate of mechanical parking equipment were analyzed from the main aspects of planning and design,construction cost,maintenance cost,safety and experience,and some suggestions are given to improve the utilization rate of mechanical parking equipment from the perspectives of optimizing planning and layout,improving intelligence,applying predictive maintenance and launching shared parking services.Based on the analysis of the development trend of new energy vehicles,the significance of accelerating the construction of parking and charging facilities to improve the utilization rate of mechanical parking equipment is explained.
