摘 要:针对生活垃圾处理过程中产生的焚烧飞灰和垃圾渗滤液,采用垃圾渗滤液作为飞灰水洗介质,去除飞灰中的可溶性氯盐,同时采用催化湿式过氧化氢氧化法(CWPO)处理洗灰废水。在飞灰去氯过程中,分别考察固液比、搅拌时间、沉降时间对渗滤液中COD、氨氮去除效率的影响。结果表明,固液比为水洗过程COD去除效率的主要影响因素,在最佳固液比1∶9条件下,渗滤液COD去除率为62.68%。在洗废废水处理过程中,考察反应温度、反应时间和H2O2投加量对CWPO反应的影响。结果表明,在反应温度200℃,H2O2投加量20 mL,反应时间40 min条件下,COD去除率可达90.4%。实现焚烧飞灰和垃圾渗滤液的协同处理。Aiming at the fly ash and landfill leachate produced in the process of municipal solid waste treatment,landfill leachate was used as fly ash washing medium to remove soluble chloride in fly ash,and catalytic wet peroxide oxidation(CWPO)was used to treat ash washing wastewater.In the process of dechlorination of fly ash,the effects of solid-liquid ratio,stirring time and settling time on the removal efficiency of COD and ammonia nitrogen in leachate were investigated.The results show that the solid-liquid ratio is the main factor affecting the COD removal efficiency in the water washing process.Under the condition of the optimum solid-liquid ratio at 1∶9,the COD removal rate of leachate is 62.68%.In the process of washing wastewater treatment,the effects of reaction temperature,reaction time and H2O2 dosage on CWPO reaction were investigated.The results show that under the conditions of reaction temperature 200℃,H2O2 dosage 20mL and reaction time 40min,the removal rate of COD can reach 90.4%,so that the cooperative treatment of fly ash and landfill leachate was realized.
