水利工程建设项目前期工作的重要性研究——以新机场防洪工程为例

摘　　要：水利工程是推动社会发展的重要基础设施,对于区域经济发展有着非常重要的作用。在水利设施建设过程中,受工期长、规模大、施工难和造价高等众多因素的影响,水利工程建设千头万绪,必须做好前期工作,为水利工程顺利建设实施提供可靠的条件。纵向来看,水利工程前期工作是项目的开端,是一切工作开展的基础,如果前期工作开展不当,不仅会影响水利工程建设进程,同时也会导致工程施工过程中各项风险增加。因此,水利工程前期工作开展必须规范有序,提高工作深度,积极解决前期工作中的问题。该文针对水利工程建设项目前期工作进行探讨,结合项目实际论述其重要性,提出强化前期工作质量的对策,为水利工程项目的建设提供参考。Water conservancy project is an important infrastructure to promote social development and plays a very important role in regional economic development.In the process of water conservancy facilities construction,due to the influence of many factors,such as long construction period,large scale,difficult construction and high cost,there are many problems in the construction of water conservancy projects,so we must do a good job in the preliminary work to provide reliable conditions for the smooth construction and implementation of water conservancy projects.From a vertical point of view,the preliminary work of the water conservancy project is the beginning of the project and the basis of all the work.If the preliminary work is not carried out properly,it will not only affect the construction process of the water conservancy project,but also lead to the increase of various risks in the construction process.Therefore,the preliminary work of water conservancy project must be carried out in a standardized and orderly manner,improve the depth of work,and actively solve the problems in the preliminary work.This paper discusses the preliminary work of the water conservancy project,discusses its importance combined with the reality of the project,and puts forward the countermeasures to strengthen the quality of the preliminary work,so as to provide reference for the construction of the water conservancy project.
