摘　　要：高边坡施工安全是项目管理中一项十分重要的工作,以西南区域某市政工程为背景,以技术价值创造服务安全生产为总体思路,在高边坡设计优化、高边坡开挖设备选型、防护工程安全管理3方面采取有效措施,形成可复制的高边坡施工管理经验,实现高边坡施工全过程安全、质量、进度均受控的目标,为同类型高边坡工程施工提供借鉴。The construction safety of high slope is a very important work in project management.Taking a municipal project in southwest China as the background,taking the creation of technical value to serve safe production as the overall idea,effective measures are taken to form replicable construction management experience of high slope through three aspects:design optimization of high slope,selection of excavation equipment and safety management of protective engineering.To achieve the goal of controlling the safety,quality and progress of the whole process of high slope construction,so as to provide reference for the construction of the same type of high slope engineering.
