摘 要:轨道交通车辆内的空气污染主要来源于内装材料中释放出来的挥发性有机化合物(VOC),因此研究不同的VOC测试方法有利于更好地管控内装材料中的VOC,以改善车内的空气质量。结合轨道交通车辆用内装材料的特点,目前轨道交通行业采用加热失重法和袋式法来测试内装材料中的VOC。为了探讨不同测试方法的差异,选取了6种典型的轨道交通车辆用内装材料为研究对象,采用加热失重法和袋式法分别测试这6种材料中释放的VOC。通过试验数据分析了这2种方法的特点、规律等,对比了这2种方法的区别。为研究轨道交通车辆内装材料中的VOC提供了理论依据,对根据需求选择方便快捷的测试方法具有指导意义。Air pollution in rail transit vehicles mainly comes from volatile organic compounds(VOC)released from interior materials.Therefore,studying different VOC testing methods is beneficial for better controlling VOC in interior materials to improve the air quality inside the vehicle.Based on the characteristics of interior materials,the weight loss after heating method and the bag method are used to control VOC released from interior materials in the rail transit industry.In order to explore the differences between different test methods,the 6 typical interior materials for rail transit vehicles were selected as the research objects and the VOC released from them was tested by the weight loss after heating method and the bag method respectively.Based on the test data,the characteristics and rules of these two methods were analyzed,and the differences between these two methods for VOC measurement were compared.It provides a theoretical basis for studying VOC in interior materials of rail transit vehicles,and has guiding significance for manufacturers to choose convenient and fast testing methods according to their needs.
