摘 要:对典型高铁道岔钢轨服役状态对行车平稳性的影响进行了动、静态数据分析与现场复核,利用廓形打磨技术修正了高铁道岔钢轨轨头廓形,消除了钢轨表面病害,并评价、分析了整治效果。结果表明:打磨后钢轨廓形得到了有效修正,改善了轮轨匹配关系,提高了车辆运行平稳性,为后续钢轨养护维修工作提供了参考。The influence of typical high-speed railway turnout rail service state on running stability was analyzed dynamically and statically and checked on site.The profile grinding technology was used to correct the profile of rail head of high-speed rail turnout,and the rail surface diseases were eliminated.The remediation effect was evaluated and analyzed.The results show that the rail profile after grinding has been effectively modified,the wheel-rail relationship has been improved,and the running stability of vehicles has been improved,which provides valuable experience for the follow-up rail maintenance work.
