摘  要:采用浇注模压法制备了木颗粒纤维增强复合地板,研究了木颗粒纤维和复合地板结构对其性能的影响,并对综合性能、抗碾压性能及摩阻性能进行了测试。结果表明:复合地板的整体弯曲载荷和握钉力等关键性能受木颗粒纤维的含量、含水率、尺寸以及复合地板的密度、弹性体喷淋量和拉挤板数量影响较大;复合地板的压缩蠕变、整体弯曲载荷和握钉力等性能优于樟子松木地板;复合地板抗碾压性能良好,且复合地板平车的摩阻性能优于(或相当于)木地板平车。同时,还对复合地板的试用考核和推广应用情况进行了介绍,解决了铁路平车木地板易腐、易损、易燃、使用寿命短等问题,延长车辆检修周期,降低运维成本。Wood particle fiber reinforced composite floor was prepared by pouring molding method.The effects of wood particle fibers and composite floor structure on its performance were studied,and its comprehensive performance,anti-rolling performance,and frictional resistance were tested.The results indicate that the key performance of composite floor,such as overall bending load and nail-holding force,are greatly influenced by the wood particle fiber content,moisture content,and size of wood particle fibers,as well as the density of composite floor,the amount of elastomers,and the number of pultruded plates.The performance of composite floor,such as compression creep,overall bending load,and nail-holding force,are superior to those of pine floor.The anti-rolling performance of composite floor,and the friction performance of the composite floor flat wagon are better than(or equivalent to)the wood floor flat wagon.Meanwhile,the trial assessment and promotion application of composite floor were also introduced,the problems of perishable,vulnerable,flammable,and short service life of railway flat car wood floor were solved.It extended vehicle maintenance cycles,and reduced operation and maintenance costs.
