摘 要:LA固定式轮辋轮辐探伤系统(简称LA设备)是动车组高级修阶段的关键配属设备,可以自动检测车轮轮辋和辐板疲劳缺陷,保障列车运行安全。部分检修车间同时执行动车和客车车轮探伤任务,二者在探伤工艺上存在不同。为响应新增客车车轮的探伤需求,提升LA设备利用率,分析并明确了动车和客车车轮探伤工艺的差异,并结合LA设备检测原理,评估了LA设备兼容客车车轮探伤的可行性,通过仿真计算、工艺改进和设备升级,实现了LA设备对客车车轮的检测,拓宽了设备的使用范围。The LA fixed rim and spoke flaw detection equipment(LA equipment)is a key equipment in the EMU overhaul,which automatically detects fatigue defects on the wheel rims and spoke,ensuring the safety of train operation.Some overhaul workshop simultaneously carry out inspection tasks for both EMU and passenger car wheels.But there are differences in the inspection process between the two types of wheels.This article analyzed and clarified the differences in the inspection process between EMU and passenger car wheels,and evaluated the feasibility of equipment compatibility with passenger car wheel inspection based on the inspection principle of LA equipment.LA equipment achieved the inspection of passenger car wheels by upgrading and improving the equipment.The scope of use of the LA equipment expanded.
