摘  要:道岔区段内钢轨异型构件多、结构复杂,是钢轨探伤作业中的难点和重点。研究分析了铁路道岔复杂部位的重点伤损及探伤方法,通过钢轨探伤B超图谱的应用及现场道岔探伤作业要领的总结和提炼,为提高道岔复杂部位钢轨伤损检出率提供参考。There are many special-shaped and complex structures of rails in turnout section,which are the difficulties and emphases in rail flaw detection.This article studied and analyzed the detection methods and key damage analysis of complex parts of railway turnouts,and provided reference for improving the detection rate of rail damage in complex parts of turnouts by applying B-ultrasound map of rail flaw detection and summarizing and refining the essentials of on-site turnout flaw detection.
