摘　　要：2023年11月6日,中国驻赞比亚大使杜晓晖出席赞比亚国际关系协会举办的“探讨新升级的中赞关系及希奇莱马总统对华国事访问成果和意义”主题研讨会并致辞。赞政府、政党、智库、高校、媒体、民间组织等各界代表参加。On 6 November 2023,Chinese Ambassadorto Zambia Du Xiaohui attended a seminar themed on Exploring the NewlyUpgraded China-Zambia Relations and Discussing the Relevance and Achievementsof the State Visit to China by H.E.President Hakainde Hichilema hosted by the International Relations Association of Zambia,and made a speech.Representatives from the Zambian Government,political parties,think tanks,higher education institutes,media and civil society organizations were present.
