摘 要:有色冶金选矿废料是指有色冶金选矿的尾矿或废料。比如,铝土矿与铜矿属于有色金属,铝土矿选尾矿是采用拜耳法选矿后丢弃的矿物,是一种氧化铝含量较高的矿物,自身并无活性,通常无法直接利用,只有利用相应的技术方法才能提升其活性,因此,利用有色冶金选矿废料制造的耐酸材料的抗酸和抗碱侵蚀性具有一定实用价值。基于此,对部分有色冶金选矿尾矿进行研究,分析其背景、方法和结果。通过尾矿本身物料的性质与活性,探讨耐酸材料的抗酸和抗碱侵蚀性能,并提出相关建议。Non-ferrous metallurgical ore dressing waste refers to the tailings or waste of non-ferrous metallurgical ore dressing,such as bauxite and copper ore belong to the Non-ferrous metal,bauxite ore dressing tailings are used after the Bayer process discarded minerals,it is a kind of mineral with high content of aluminum oxide,which has no activity of its own and can not be used directly,the acid resistance and alkali resistance of the acid resistant material made from mineral dressing fertilizer of non-ferrous metallurgy are of practical value.This paper studies some tailings of non-ferrous metallurgy,studies its background,methods and results,discusses the acid resistance and alkali resistance of the acidresistant materials through the properties and activities of the tailings,finally,the author puts forward some enlightening suggestions.
