摘　　要：随着信息技术的快速发展,很多单位逐步在档案管理中开展电子化管理。而退伍军人档案管理主要是对军人退役后的各项待遇以及服役经历进行记录和管理,是备战人才储备的核心支撑。因此,做好退役军人档案管理工作至关重要。基于此,分析退役军人档案管理的现状、存在的问题以及退役军人管理原则,提出档案管理信息化水平以及“双拥”共建水平提升的优化策略,以期满足退役军人档案管理的多样化需求。同时,为类似档案管理方面的研究提供参考。With the rapid development of information technology,many units attach great importance to the application of information technology and gradually carry out electronic management in archive management.Veterans file management mainly records and manages the various benefits and service experiences of retired soldiers,and is also the core support for the reserve of war ready talents.Therefore,it is crucial to do a good job in managing the archives of retired soldiers.Based on this,analyze the current situation,existing problems,and principles of retired military personnel file management,propose optimization strategies for improving the level of information technology and mutual support in file management,in order to meet the diverse needs of retired military personnel file management.At the same time,it can also provide reference for similar research in archive management.
