摘　　要：目的:探索医联体内部提升患者双向转诊比例、转诊质量、转诊效率的措施。方法:建设自动转诊平台,设置统一转诊规则,系统自动分析待转诊患者。结果:自动转诊平台的设计和应用,切实提高了医联体内部患者转诊的比例,提升了转诊的质量和效率。结论:建设自动转诊平台是实现分级诊疗的重要举措之一。Objective To explore the measures to improve the ratio of two-way patient referral,referral quality,and referral efficiency within medical consortiums.Methods An automatic referral platform was constructed,in which unified referral rules were set up and the system automatically analyzed patients to be referred.Results Through the design and implementation of the automatic referral platform,the proportion of patient referrals within the medical consortiums was effectively improved,and the quality and efficiency of referrals were enhanced.Conclusion The construction of automatic referral platform is one of the important initiatives to realize the graded diagnosis and treatment.
