摘　　要：目的:辅助中医药教育和临床遣方用药,促进中医药学的传承发展。方法:基于半结构化访谈分析中医药领域现有挖掘平台和用户潜在需求,然后对《中医古方数据集》中的10990首方剂数据进行统计分析、关联规则挖掘和方剂相似度匹配,搭建中医古方知识挖掘交互式平台。结果:以知识学习、临床科研为用户核心需求导向,实现了基于数据挖掘的常用药物聚类、高频药对挖掘和相似方剂推荐等中医古方知识服务功能的探索。结论:中医古方知识挖掘平台功能较为完备、挖掘结果较为准确,可有效满足用户获取领域知识的需求。Objective To assist education,clinical prescription and application of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),so as to promote the inheritance and development of TCM.Methods Based on semi-structured interviews,the existing mining platforms and potential needs of users in the field of TCM were analyzed,and then statistical analysis,association rule mining and prescription similarity matching were conducted on the data of 10,990 prescriptions in the"TCM Prescription Dataset"to develop an interactive knowledge mining platform for TCM prescriptions.Results Oriented by core user needs for knowledge learning and clinical research,the exploration of the knowledge service functions of TCM prescriptions based on data mining,including clustering of commonly used drugs,mining of highfrequency drug pairs and recommendation of similar prescriptions was realized.Conclusion The knowledge mining platform for TCM prescriptions is relatively complete in its functions and accurate in its mining results,which can effectively meet the needs of users for acquiring domain knowledge.
