摘 要:深厚软土地基上建设大面积重载散货堆场面临工程造价高、工期长且运营期仍将出现不均匀沉降需维修改造的问题。天津港区某矿石堆场项目采用“常规真空预压地基处理+运营期矿石分级压载”建设方式,基于软土地基持续固结特性实现堆场堆存能力提升,具有工序简单、建设周期短、经济效益好等优势。以该项目为依托介绍了地基处理方案及相应设计参数,运用考虑土体强度增加的地基承载力分析方法确定了矿石分级压载方案,制订了地基承载能力达标且固结稳定后堆场维护改造方案。实测数据表明地基土在矿石压载下继续固结,土体强度增加,地基承载力得到提高,改造后堆场沉降变形较小,达到了堆存能力提升扩容改造的目标,可为类似项目的建设运营提供参考。The construction of large-scale heavy-duty bulk cargo yards on deep soft soil foundations often faces numerous challenges,such as high engineering cost,long construction period,uneven settlement,and the need for frequent maintenance and renovations during operation.A certain ore storage yard project in Tianjin Port has adopted a construction method that combines conventional vacuum preloading foundation treatment with graded ore ballasting during operation period.This approach effectively leveraged the continuous consolidation characteristics of the soft foundation,significantly enhancing the storage capacity of the yard.Additionally,it offers advantages including simplified procedures,shorter construction periods,and significant economic benefits.Drawing on the success of this project,this paper provides a detailed introduction to the foundation treatment plan and relevant design parameters.A graded ore ballasting scheme was developed based on a ground bearing capacity analysis method that accounts for the increase in soil strength.After achieving the target ground bearing capacity and stable consolidation,additional plans were made for yard maintenance and renovation.The measured data shows that the soil foundation continues to consolidate under the pressure of ore,significantly increasing the soil strength,and thereby enhancing the bearing capacity of the foundation.After renovation,the settlement deformation of the storage yard significantly decreased,achieving the goal of expanding the storage capacity.This paper serves as a valuable reference for the construction and operation of similar projects.
