极薄IF钢的连续退火工艺研究

摘  要:在连续退火模拟装置中进行极薄料的模拟退火处理,再通过硬度试验、拉伸试验和金相组织观察,研究不同成分体系IF钢的再结晶温度差异,以及在不同退火温度下的性能变化规律。结果表明,同样压缩比条件下,Mn IF钢先于P IF钢开始再结晶,但两者再结晶的过程及速率基本一致;Mn IF钢700℃时完成再结晶,P IF钢720℃时完成再结晶;两种IF钢完全再结晶后达到的力学性能相当,实际生产时可根据生产组织需要选择合适的成分设计。Simulate annealing treatment of extremely thin materials in a continuous annealing simulation device,and then study the differences in recrystallization temperature and performance changes of IF steel with different composition systems at different annealing temperatures through hardness testing,tensile testing,and metallographic observation.The results show that under the same compression ratio conditions,Mn IF steel begins to recrystallize before P IF steel,but the recrystallization process and rate of the two are basically the same;Recrystallization is completed at 700℃for Mn IF steel,and at 720℃for P IF steel;The mechanical properties achieved by complete recrystallization of two types of IF steel are equivalent,and suitable composition designs can be selected according to the needs of the production organization during actual production.
