摘  要:通过五氧化二钒直热式回转窑法中试试验,研究钒氮合金回收料添加比例、温度、停留时间等工艺参数与钒氮合金产品质量的关系,结果表明,钒氮合金回收料最大添加比例5%、焙烧温度1450~1600℃、停留时间18~22 h,能制备出性能较优的VN16。Through the pilot scale experimen of vanadium pentoxide with direct heating rotary kiln method,the relationship between process parameters such as the addition ratio,temperature,and residence time of vanadium nitrogen alloy recovery material and the quality of vanadium nitrogen alloy products was studied.The results showed that the maximum addition ratio of vanadium nitrogen alloy recovery material was 5%,the roasting temperature was 1450~1600℃,and the residence time was 18~22 hours,which can prepare better performance VN16.
