摘　　要：为了研究不同类型的钢种在RH冶炼时的脱硫效果,主要对DC06钢种、电工钢及过LF-RH(双联)钢进行了工艺实践研究。通过实践得出钢中脱氧程度越深,加入脱硫剂后脱硫效果越好,同一钢种加入同等质量脱硫剂后,脱硫量与钢中初始硫含量成正比,与脱硫率成反比。加入脱硫剂后前6 min脱硫最快,8 min后钢中的硫含量基本不再变化;加入量最好控制在4 kg/吨钢以内,防止渣子变稠,影响吸附夹杂能力。In order to study the desulfurization effect for different types of steel in RH smelting,In this paper,the technological practice of DC06 steel grade,electrical steel and LF-RH(duplex)steel has been studied.Through practice,it is concluded that the deeper the deoxidization degree in steel,the better the desulfurization effect after adding desulfurizer,After adding equal quality desulfurizer into steel,the desulfurization amount is in positive proportion to the initial sulfur content in molten steel and in inverse proportion to the desulfurization rate;After adding desulfurizer,the desulfurization is the fastest in the first 6 minutes,and the sulfur in the steel is basically unchanged after 8 minutes.The addition amount should be controlled within 4 kg/ton steel,so as to prevent the slag from thickening and affect the ability of absorbing inclusions.
