整浇混凝土地面施工技术在大面积工业厂房中的应用

摘　　要：文章结合纳思达打印科技产业园一期二标段工程实例,从基础验收、垫层施工、模板与钢筋安装等关键环节出发,阐述了整浇混凝土地面施工的关键工序,并分析了整浇混凝土地面施工技术在大面积工业厂房中的具体应用。结果显示,整浇混凝土地面施工技术能够提高施工效率,使地面更加牢固。因此,完善整浇混凝土地面施工技术体系,不仅可以为工业厂房建设质量提供保障,还可以为施工作业开展提供技术指导。Combining with the project example of the second section of the first phase of nastar Printing Technology Industrial Park,starting from the key links such as foundation acceptance,cushion construction,formwork and reinforcement installation,this paper expounds the key process of the integral concrete floor construction,and analyzes the specific application of the integral concrete floor construction technology in large-area industrial plants.The results show that the construction technology of cast-in-place concrete ground can improve the construction efficiency and make the ground more firm.Therefore,improving the construction technology system of integral concrete floor can not only provide guarantee for the construction quality of industrial plants,but also provide technical guidance for the construction operation.
