建筑工程中甲方代表的职能与作用分析

摘　　要：随着我国建筑行业的持续发展,甲方代表对建筑项目质量及效益水平的提升作用日益凸显。项目工程管理的最终目的是在保证工程质量的前提下减少资金投入,发挥出资金的最大效用,所以甲方代表在工程管理当中发挥着不可或缺的作用。文章以甲方代表职能作为研究的切入点,结合工程实践进一步论证其管理职能的具体作用,同时提出优化的管理方法,以供参考。With the sustainable development of Chinas construction industry,the role of Party As representatives in improving the quality and efficiency of construction projects has become increasingly prominent.The ultimate goal of project management is to reduce capital investment and maximize the effectiveness of funds on the premise of ensuring the quality of projects.Therefore,Party As representatives play an indispensable role in project management.This paper takes the representative function of Party A as the starting point of research,further demonstrates the specific role of management function combined with engineering practice,and puts forward optimized management methods for reference.
